The short version.

I've spent a decade in B2B SaaS content, and I'm still convinced most content programs are solving the wrong problem.

I'm Colin—Head of Content at Zipline, formerly at Unbounce, AfterShip, and Uberflip. I've built content teams, run editorial programs, produced original research, and occasionally written things people actually wanted to read. I also have a PhD in English literature, which sounds like a liability but has turned out to be one of the more useful things about me.

I believe good content should be transparent—like a window pane, as Orwell put it—but nobody said your window pane has to look like everybody else's.

(I like floral shirts. Obviously.)
